More paint colors in the website design

When I research about “how to make a website full power in marketing“, I find the casino online website still use the high color and more kilobyte space to make a promotion website. The casino still use more bandwith to promote their website. I dont know, why and how the website can have power on the internet.
I think this is just a simple character with the people how like a game. Cause a game with more color design and atractive fiture make the player still on the desk to make a money from the online casino. Yes, more color and paint can make people enjoys. But SEO problem if the audience dont have a big bandwith and transfer internet connection.
What do you think?
