Drink Classic Liquor

Absinthe is liquor that produced from three main herbs. I drink absinthe in some big parties. Absinthe has a high percentage of alcohol which makes it bitter. When we drink it, some cubes of sugar makes it better. I think absinthe is different with another liqueur because of its uniqueness and its classic taste. Usually, there are some rituals or methods when we want to drink absinthe. Two of the liquor I know is traditional ones and Czech ritual. However, before start to drink the liquor, we must prepare some absinthe accessories. The first, prepare a glass of absinthe . Second, prepare all of the absinthe accessories which are suitable for the ritual. In the traditional ritual, we only put a cube of sugar in the absinthe spoon. Place the cubes of sugar in the glass and then drip it with iced water. I prefer to drink absinthe with Czech method that sets the sugar cube on fire. I think it is a unique absinthe ritual.
