One of the most challenging things when meditating is finding the right sitting position. This is because your legs could become numb after some time which is why even if there is already meditation cushion in the market, there are some who still prefer to use meditation chairs instead. When you look at a meditation chair, the first thing you will notice is that this does not look that different to a dining chair. It has 4 legs and a back rest. However, what it does best is make you more comfortable than when you are sitting on the floor by being able to mold to your body which prevents cramps and provides complete relaxation. The material that makes this possible is called buckwheat hull because it conforms to your shape thus providing a firmer seat. It is also able to do this because of the ergonomic design which prevents the user from slouching during the most intense moments of meditation as it is angled slightly forward. A good example of a meditating chair is the Seagrass. This was designed by a meditation practitioner who felt that it is very difficult to meditate while sitting in a lotus position. This chair allows you to cross the ankles or the feet or pull them up if you are tired of having them rest on the floor. It also provides proper spine support so you will never experience any back pain after the session. The Chinese meditation chair is perhaps the oldest since it has been around for centuries. It didn?t have ergonomic features like the ones we have now but it has a very wide base so that the user has sufficient room to also cross their legs. It also did not have any cushioning but you can easily fix that. Another example is the Tilt Seat that is also known as the kneeling chair. The beauty of this meditation chair is that it does not put any pressure on the knees and this can also be used as a study table because you can easily read a book when you put a cushion on the floor. There are other meditation chairs available and they come in other shapes and sizes. One option for those that want something bigger is the meditation bench. Because of the larger area, those of you who still prefer the lotus position can do so without putting pressure on the legs. Something similar to that is called the cane chair for meditation. When choosing the right seat, you should always consider your height, size and comfort level. Don?t forget support for the back so this also helps improve your posture. The nice thing about meditation chairs is that they are light and portable. It can easily be stored in the closet when you are done and the designs that most retailers have can easily compliment with the rest of the items in the room. The meditation chair is designed to make you feel comfortable in the 15 or 20 minutes when you are in session. How you make your mind and body relax is already up to you so if you are serious about improving your health or combating stress, then investing in one of these will surely be good for you.

In the case of cathodic system for automotive coating, the required temperature for curing is higher than Anodic system. This is due to the specific curing mechanism of cathodic electro deposition paint. Furthermore, the cathodic film can not exhibit its superior corrosion resistance expected, unless it is baked properly. This is the reason why it is particularly important to maintain the required temperature and time, in case of cathodic sytem.
In cathodic system, the fume would be a problem. The fume generated in the curing stage crystallizes on the portion where the temperature is lower. This is in powder from and trends to drop on the painted surface, which causes so called “dirt problem”. Regular cleaning in the oven is particularly important.

Maintaining your boat. Maintain the recommended coverage.
Be careful not to exceed the recommended coverage for each boat. You are a better painter if you can paint more meters the recommended and the paint will not be better if it has more coverage. For the best result, it is important to obtain the total dry film thickness recommended for the different part of the boat depending on type of structure.

ving a car with nice paint is both the biggest reward and the biggest hassle in car crafting. Between searching for a paint shop that will do a complete repaint on an older car, getting the job done to your satisfaction in a timely fashion, and paying for it, having a car painted can be a harrowing experience. But there’s no reason to let all that stand between your car and a great paint job. After all, you know the old saying: If you want something done right, you’ve got to do it yourself. And you really can if you’ve got the time and patience to do it right.
The most daunting challenge for the first-time painter is understanding the various steps of the process: prep, primer, blocking, and the final spray job and detailing. Taken as a whole, it seems like an insurmountable hurdle, but each step by itself takes no more than a couple of days. Pacing yourself, you can get the job done in a reasonable amount of time if you have a plan and stick to it. We painted this ’70 Duster in just about a month from the time the bodywork was started until it was color-sanded and ready to drive out of the garage.
It may be the oldest cliché in the trade, but there’s no escaping the truth that the final result of any paint job is only as good as the prep work. The Duster was hiding its fair share of damage, with some rust down low in the quarters, and plastic body filler higher up from previous repairs. From the doors forward, the paint was mostly original, but numerous past repairs had left the rear of the car a patchwork of partial repaints. Some were skillfully done, while other were amateurishly overloaded with filler. We took the time to get the bodywork right before moving on.

The Spray Gun Technique
The spray gun technique and its relationship to atomization of products is often misunderstood by many automotive refinishers. Proper gun technique involves the following:
Spray gun angle
The recommendation spraygun angle to the surface being sprayed is 90°. The atomized product at this angle reaches impingement at an even film. Holding the gun other than the recommeded angle result in the atomized product being deposited in an uneven film.

The first point noted on the tabel instructions is the fact that the product is designed for use only professional trained personnel. What knowledge do we assume that the “professional has?

In addition the tabel gives direction for the product use starting with the paint product reduction, atomizing air pressure at the gun, flash or tack times between coats, number and type of coats, force drying schedule, drying time, driying time before polishing (if material requires polishing), and dry time before delivery.
The tabel information is there to help the user to obtain the maximum from the packaged product and does not go into the why’s or wherefore’s that are likely to occur if the users do not follow the provided recommendations.
That factor which have an influence on both undercoats and topcoats during and after application are:
Surface preparation
Paint problem or failure that stem from improper surface preparation (cleaning, treating or removal of defects) are costly.Properly prepared surfaces, be they various metals, fiberglass or organic substrates must be both sound and chemicallly clean. These two factors are essential in order for applied products to obtain their expected adhesion and durability.
